Why would Labour want him sacked? The House of Commons shop does a nice line in Whiskey, cigarettes, after dinner mints etc all in green wrapping with H of C gold portcullis embossed thereon. All at less than duty free prices.
The Honourable Labour member Keith Vaz could now purchase his Charlie on the doorstep as it were.
As for House of Commons security. Why should that bother Corbyn and his crowd. They are known for extending hospitality to terrorists visiting the House

It depends what his contract of employment says about criminal convictions. If it says anything, it will probably day that loss of employment is discretionary if no prison time results.
As he is employed by his mother, she is not going to sack him.
