Saturday. A balmy, 9.5°C outside, Almost tropical! :o}

I'm a bit late, for me anyway, a restless night, so it's not going to be a good day.
Such is life.

If it stays dry I'll go to the farmers market this morning.

Have a happy day everyone.

Morning arrods. That's a blues and twos to hospital mate! :o}
morning 'Arrods....
Morning Boaty and DTC.

Unfortunately, the dehumidifier is still with us as there's one damp patch not responding to treatment. They've had to remove a square metre of plaster to aid the drying and cloak the area in a plastic 'tent'. At least the much noisier fan has been removed. They'll be back next Friday to check progress.

It's turning into a soap opera arrods. I hope they get it sorted soonest.
Morning all, Saturday! Yaah! Just Shopping and chores today, but relaxed day hopefully till Strictly tonight. X
Man flu... it's the jab working triggering the immune response. If you are over 65 you get the adjunct as well which can make it more reactive. Paracetamol few hot drinks and get on with it.
Sorry nice Rowan didn't get up this morning. Evil twin took over.
they'll probably fill the hole with coarse porous plaster and then work it back to a final skim plastering, also porous, so that the wall's breathable in the future - you use an emulsion paint on it, one of those limu-washes but they now have quite a colour range in them
morning Darcey

at least rowan-the-evil is not suggesting cyanide as a flu relief-agent, 'Arrods.....

Morning darcey xxx

I'll be watching the rugby this afternoon. Must get some beers in! :o}
So do I Boaty. There's also a mysterious damp-looking patch on the floor which has not changed at all from day one. Whereas the surrounding area reads less than a normal 20 on the 'damp o'meter' this patch goes right off the scale. The technician reckons you can get these anomalies so let's hope so.
rugby for me too, though I don't have sky...don't know who is on the main channels.

1415 BBC 1, Wales v Scotland DT.
they couldn't find any of the overseas teams to play them then?? That will do though! Thanks
time for me to think about making a move and one very noisy Princess Royal to go and half-strangle....
I'll be watching the Rugby and listening to Southend v Barnsley. You see, I can multi-task - even with man-flu.

(Thanks for the info DTC about the plastering.)
so have a good one all....
Better eat something so I can take more pills, can't even have a long soak in the bath which normally helps I wouldn't get out again even with the grab rails.
The evil twin thing comes from my mother, she thought she had miscarried but went on to have me. She always said the evil twin survived.
She doesn't think that now
Morning waterman, everyone x
