Using Old Candle Wax
Anyone know how I can "clarify" some wax candles. Just put them in old saucepan and melted them but unfortunately got caught in rain this morning. Maybe put wax through metal fine mesh sieve and add some essence - any better ideas for an essence burner?

The water can be wiped away with paper towel. If you are going to scent the wax melt it again only use pure essential oils. About twenty drops to a yoghurt cup amount of wax is the minimum but I use loads more than that with some cheaper oils a whole 5 ml. bottle goes in.. For wax melters to melt quickly incorporate a little air in as the wax is cooling by stirring and folding.
