3 dogs representing animals who died in WW1..... Photo of what looks like cockapoo's!! I cannot think of a more inappropriate representation of the WW1 war dogs than a sissy cockapoo! Why not give some good press to the hardy dogs that did help in WW1? Alsatians, Collies, Airedales. but cockapoos???

I can't believe you are serious, but really a dog is a dog regardless if its a Great Dane or a Poodle

If poodles died in service why not remember them? Poodles are not as sissy as you think and are used as sheepdogs in Australia.

A cockapoo in WW1?? I don't think they were even around in the early 1900's and if they were they are not gutsy dogs - chasing a few sheep around is a little different to the robust courage of previously mentioned breeds required on the front line of the somme. Alsatians , dobermans, Staffies all have great photos printed when there is bad press. These dogs could do with the good publicity they deserve and when the chance is there a cockapoo is inappropriately placed. I love all dogs ...some people just love some dogs
