Henry..... You do not clear your hard drive, Stop running and the apps and programmes that are chewing the lap top resources . Start with conflicting "security" and then sort out the cache clearance and history clean up. DO NOT FOLLOW A LINK THAT SAYS CLEAR HARD DRIVE . ok? "H" I know that like myself you are of advanced age and that it can be all a bit too quick. But with a lap top you really must stop downloading every gotcha link and get rid of the ones that you have installed. Sorry buddy but you do need to think twice.
