Would either/both of these drugs, prescribed to lower blood pressure, cause a person to need to pee more because of the way they work in lowering blood pressure? I know they’re not diuretics. Thanks.

Ramipril tablets are sometimes combined with Hydrochlorthiazide, which is a diuretic, so check which Ramipril you are taking.
But no......, as you say....neither of the above are diuretics.
