Long replies in home and garden

I've just spent the best part of half an hour typing out a reply for someone and the site crashed.

I did it again and the same happened. This time i copied the text and replied in two posts.

I seem to recall this happening in the past. Can you please put a warning up Ed or do something about it. We try to help people and the site crashes.

Yes, it seems to be a regular thing now at the weekend. I think the techies turn us down to a slow trickle.

Happened to me last night in F & D, and today before yours hm, in H & G...

Thanks for the tip about copying text - muppet here typed it all again doh :0(
