Industry Standard Crm And Project Management For Creative Agencies

Are there any industry standard CRM and Project Management systems out there specifically for the creative industry that tend to be used the most?

We're looking to change as we have outgrown the current bespoke solution. We're doing our research, and there are many that claim to be industry standard, but its difficult to know.

We're a branding and creative agency with large clients, and have a staff base of 25.

Hi Ste,
I know a few digital agencies that use more than just one system - e.g. http://www.salesforce.com/uk/ for sales / client management and http://basecamp.com/ for project management.

Another company a friend of mine works for uses SalesForce and http://www.fogcreek.com/fogbugz/ for managing the bugs / support issues.

It might be worth to look at what's still in the pipeline, as there are several CRM / Email systems still being developed, such as http://www.narrowcast.co.uk/, suitable for that sort of team size.
