are there any actual benefits to this?

aside from the annoyances such as male pattern hair growth, and maybe fertility problems etc, are there any symptoms of that could be beneficial?

obviously slight enhancement of physical strength is one, but any others?

i don't mean superficial appearance based changes, but actual medical and health benefits

thanks

She could win an arm wrestle....?

Testosterone is responsible for concupiscence in women and men so that might be considered a benefit for frigid women. The main effects of prolonged exposure to higher levels of testosterone would be a lessening of female physical characteristics and shortening of life span ; in some women it would increase self confidence. If it happened during the menopause the effect would be more pronounced.
concupiscence - I had to look that one up ;)

Does she know how much razor blades actually cost?
No.
Libido was the first thing that occurred to me too :-)

Aside from that, can't think of any benefits. Socially males are supposed to be the aggressive protectors and competitors, females manage to avoid too much testosterone and avoid all that.
Absence of menstruation perhaps? Absence of cyclical mastalgia if you are prone to that. Increased muscle tone.
I guess if you wanted to build lean muscle quickly from weight training then it might be beneficial. I can't think of any other benefit a woman could get from too much Testosterone.
