I'm thinking of introducing a collagen supplement to my diet - I already take a vegetarian omega three and a calcium. Has anyone any experience of these supplements and any recommendations

Thank as always

Eat properly and stay off supplements
I agree.
The best thing you can do is eat vegetables with a high water content which have been shown to be more hydrating that water itself.

Don't forget your oily fish, nuts and avocadoes.

Avoid all processed food, especially high salt foods like bacon, and all foods high in sugar.

Exfoliate regularly with table salt and lime juice (cheaper and better than any "beauty" product and won't harm the environment) and apply a honey mask twice weekly (set honey straight from the jar).
There you are, advice from the lady that knows about these things.

You could try it but don't be fooled into paying a fortune for it.
