Payments To Sky For Internet
12 Answers
I set up sky on the 24th or something, when i rang up i made it very clear that i wanted to pay my bills on the 1st, the man said this would be OK after the first payment..
So, i set up early September.. I paid a ££ for the delivery, set up and the box. I then paid the monthly bill + £5, so i though, well i can change my payment date now, i've paid the 1st bill.. Turns out another is due on the same month, anyhow i paid 3 times in September for different bits, it made no sense and i was not told of the final payment on top of the first two.
Anyhow, i ring up after my 2nd payment and get told i can't change the payment date until i've paid my next payment as that payment is already in the pipe line.
So.. i pay that bill, then ring up trying to change my payment date, and below and behold... "you can't do that because your next bill is in the pipeline".
I feel like i'm being taken for a mug how do i change my payment date??
Anyone else had issues when they first set up sky?

I called them and had to make some random payments and they said it was the changed. Then they charged me a fee because they hadnt done it properly and no payment went out. It turns out it was because i called on a day the payment was "in the pipeline" but it took me loads of calls to sort it
