Karoo and Kingston Communications

Anyone out there have to subscribe to it, its not fair that we should be held to ransom on this, anyone agree? if find a lot of the time the internet is pants.

What really sucks is that they charge �18 a month for 512k yet under Wanadoo �18 will get you 2Mb. Hell, if you're a Sky subscriber you can get 2Mb for free providing you don't live in the Hull area..

I'm about to move to Hull and I'm not looking forward to Karoo because they're expensive and I've been told nothing but bad things about them by friends and colleagues.

The only consolation is that the broadband helpline is a local number which is free with Kingston. Just as well considering the amount of times you will need to contact them to find out if the problem is your equipment or theirs.
I`ve lost count of the "adjustments" they have had to make to my line.
