My eldest son always maintained the Turkey was a carnivores nightmare and just ate the sausage meat and pigs in blankets until I discovered a Phil Vickery's method of cooking a Christmas Roast Turkey. Now he expects me to cook the Turkey when we 're invited to his place. Had enough. Off to Malta this Christmas this year and let someone else do the cooking and washing up. Steam the Turkey in a foil wrap. That's the answer to get a moist Turkey.
