The amended Anti Social Behaviour Act gives more rights for the police but what extra or protective rights does it give for harmony between neighbours.

Doubt harmony comes with legislation. Can't stop folk doing wrong and another seething at the fact.

Yes EDDIE51 and surly the amended Anti Social Behaviour Act strengthens the 1992 Act of Law regarding entering a neighbour's land to maintain your own property, even if only to clean a few windows, indeed a refusal would be Anti Social, but to enter the neighbour's land does not always have reasonable access.
The Act mentions "maintenance" and to own property but not widow. However, repairing or cleaning a window is a maintenance.
