Glasgow Prestwick Airport and Glasgow International Airport are the two. PIK or GLA will be on your ticket.
Prestwick has its own station 45-55 minutes from Glasgow Central - International is served by bus or via Paisley Gilmour Street station.
Prestwick is served by Ryanair and some other budget airlines, International by most others, including a few budget airlines.

You can either get a train to Paisley where there is a connecting bus or do what I do and get the shuttle bus from Glasgow city centre. It stops at both Queen St station and central station. Last time I took it it was about 5 open return. In an emergency you can get a taxi but the going rate is about 20!
