sony ericsson k800i WAP/GPRS not working??

I have the new k800i on O2 but am struggling with internet settings. When I try to access it, it just says, "connection failure, please check settings".

Basically I've tried downloading settings from both sony ericsson's website and O2 and both settinga have failed to work, including the settings to enable MMS.

I've looked on the net and other people seem to have had this problem too but no sites seem to help..

Can anyone help???

I had this problem with my sony ericsson k800i, what to do is go to www.o2.co.uk and register if you arent already. And once you have signed in click "help" which is at the top on the right... when youve clicked that it will take you to a page of help... enter in your mobile number under the "online help and email o2" and then under general help click contact us. And then click email us...then scroll right to the bottom and click contact us...then a form will come up. Enter all your details and state your problem in the "your question box" and they will help you sort it out :D

thanks, I went into the o2 shop today and the guy was so helpful and has printed me off the settings to put in manually, if that fails I will try their rubbish website again! thanx x
