I have a chest infection and a urinary infection look and feel like ugh(that's putting it politely)the only good thing is I'm hardly eating so my weight loss should be good this week .just hope the steroids don't give me muscles and a hairy chest ok rant over x

No not even with a smiley face. Alcohol is one of the worst things you can take when you have cystitis.

i have antibiotics for the infection plus the steroids and paracetamol and also told to boil water and inhale steam .the cough I have has drained me ,sorry to sound miserable but I have so much to do and can't manage anything but writing on here every now and again xx

As far as I recall cystitis is a urinary infection and Cranberry and Ginger are a well known herbal aid.
