Khandro, that's precisely why I referred to it as that. It IS the most important decision politically for generations and it's being reduced to a farce by idiotic grandstanding and people who frankly have no practical negotiating skills whatsoever. If we leave with no deal because May and her bunch of idiots have compromised negotiations then we are not behaving in the best interests of the country and no amount of pseudo Make Britain Great Again' hammering on is going to make it otherwise.
Indeed. To use the term "Little Britain charade" to describe the choice that 17m voters made and then to get the hump because people take issue with it shows quite a lack of understanding.
For my part I decided 26 years ago that, given the chance, I would vote to leave at the first (and every) opportunity. It wasn't a spur of the moment thing, it wasn't done without thought and it certainly wasn't done because I wanted "Little Britain" to prevail (though the term usually used to provide such a measure of insult is "Little England", I believe).
