If you read the link you will find that the courts were unaware of his previous convictions as he had changed his name, and they didn't check.

eddie, he should not have been released from the sentence for the original crime in 1979, that's the point.

It doesn't say the court didn't realise Eddie just that he'd changed his name. His fingerprints didn't alter and would have come up on the PNC when he was arrested, and agreed Tora, he shouldn't have been released the first time.

IT seems to be a real problem now in this country and I am not sure how it can be fixed.

The underlying problem is that many of the institutions have been infitrated with New Order Liberals. Whilst these people are actually a minority group they have placed themselves in positions of authority, schools, universities, the judicuary, civil service, police etc, so it is going to be very difficut to remove them since they are not elected.

It will eventually cause the breakdown of the Western world as we know it, the beginings of which we are curently seeing in many other countries with increaased civil disobedience.

We can only hope extreme liberalism is crushed before countries literally start tearing themselves apart.
