Worst/oddest Xmas Present Ever!

Mine is probably when I first met Mr Smow. He bought me go karting lessons! So there’s me aged mid thirties, kitted out in an orange jumpsuit and crash helmet, tryng to race round a track with a load of 15 year old boys!! I looked and felt a complete and utter wally!!
What on earth posessed him?? Lol

I could top mine with what I got this year.....

Nothing at all!

I couldn't get anything for my loved ones, so I told them not to buy anything for me. Surreal experience, waking up on Christmas Day with nothing to open and nowhere to go (Due to Man Flu).

Students, newly married, skint naturally, OH bought me some Robert Carrier Cooking Cards, most of the ingredients we'd never heard of, lemons stuffed with sardines was about all we could manage, it was as good as it sounds. Now, 50 years on, when we can afford the ingredients, the recipes are so dire they're still not used.

I got, brought from England by my daughter (because she knows I pine for them), 6 individual Melton Mowbray pork pies and a jar of Opies Pickled walnuts - heaven!
