The Advert channel on satellite?

Remember the advert TV channel which appeared on satellite in 2004(?) and soon disappeared? Well, I have a note in my diary that it is supposed to be coming back c this September.
Does anybody have any further info?

Have not got a clue, but do you really care? It was terrible who supplies the money for such trash???????
