Hi, desperately seeking some help for my fiancé who is at end stage kidney disease. I am looking for a charity who will help us transform an adjoining garage into a dialysis room for him. It’s so cramped in the house and he’s fretting over infection. We need a room we can seal off and keep sterile for him.

Good suggestion from Mamya....also they will be able to give you advice about what you need. The room doesn't need to be sterile, just clean, indeed it would be just about impossible to do so.

Perhaps you could try 'crowdfunding' on the internet. People seem to be very generous with some appeals, if the Press reports are to be believed.
