Whats For Dinner

whats on the menu for new years day.I am having
Chicken soup(home made)
chicken and ham pie,brussel sprouts,roast potatoes,onion rings and gravy(a bit of everyones fav.)
spotted dick and custard
plenty of wine and wet stuff.we are eating about 6.30/7pm.

Chicken, leek and gammon pie with new pots,carrots and tender stem broccoli. Still eating leftovers!

Left-over Chinese from last night...They certainly supplied a lot of food!

I love leeks one of my favourite ingredients when making a stew etc.

I prefer a Mild curry myself Patsy... you can't taste it otherwise... all these ManChild stuff from blokes makes me laugh.

I'm the same Arky. Plus I'd be coughing all the time! I have a sensitive throat..lol.
I tried cheesy leeks in a pub a while ago. Absolutely delicious!

I've never heard off cheesy leeks. Ark shows his own ignorance once again ... however they do sound nice.
