I know little of this subject but am moved to wonder how, on February 1st. all those who have been vegan for January are going to be able to afford to replace the leather shoes, belts, bags, car seats, sofas, bodices, riding crops and other leather impedimenta that they jettisoned on January 1st?

Veganism must be a fairly new thing because there have not always been Marmite or Vit B12 supplements.
I don't find many vegans being overbearingly preachy though.
