Take the vacuum cleaner to it !
If it's a sunny day give it a good vacuum and stand it outside to air .Next time you decorate ,a dust sheet over it will prevent it getting dusty in the first place.

Hoover it. Or jump up and down on it

As a preliminary, take it ourtside and lean it on a wall at a forty-=five degree angle, then beat it on the underside - the side facing you. The dust will fall away from the matress because of the angle, then reverse the matress and repeat. Lay it down, vacum, and return to the bed - you'll probably need a lie down on it after that!
