(one pronunciation of bayou) - but these are conservation areas in Louisiana rather than Mississippi, although they are neighbouring states.

I also don't like the answer SN for "somewhere to eat in Germany" - although a city in Germany, it has nothing to do with eating!
theres a pond plant called tina ...tn?
Essen is the German verb 'to eat'
My apologies - I obviously didn't know that! SN is therefore correct!
