M & S, along with many other High Street chains, has been going down the kharzi for years. They have singularly failed to respond to customers' changing tastes and shopping habits. Last time I ventured into one there were four members of staff (one a so-called supervisor) chatting about their holidays and their sexual adventures the previous evening. Meanwhile the queue to pay (one till open, four closed) was out of the door. I vented my spleen at the four and one of them grudgingly opened up a second till. That's why High Street shops cannot compete with online shopping.

It's very tiresome to hear every single bad news item blamed on Brexit. Very tiresome indeed. And no doubt the OP will fail to respond - as usual.
