Not sure if this should be in this section or TV and media or sport,!! It covers all three. Does anyone have this prime video,? I will have to have it to watch my tennis this year and have no idea what to do. I don't want to watch all the other stuff that comes with the account (though may not have a choice) I want to watch it through the TV, do I need a stick, the app or a box of some kind? All I have at moment is an Amazon account just for buying items.i would appreciate whatever help anyone could give me thank you very much
1) do you have a smart tv?
if not, you'll need a fire stick
2) o you have prime alreasy?
if not you'll need to get it. Although you can pay monthly for it, o wait till the thing you want to watch is on then youll only have to pay for a month rather than a year
My TV has Netflix and YouTube but no Amazon as far as I can see and the tennis is on all year so would have to pay for the whole year, on top of sky and bt!!!
I had a free month of amazon prime but I’ve chosen to keep it - I have amazon household with my eldest son and both he and my eldest daughter use it to watch tv and read books.
I'm not a tennis fan but the reviews are unanimously awful on the Amazon site. Maybe check if they will have catch-up and more matches shown this year before shelling out £40 for a fire-stick and a streaming subscription:
If your smart TV hasn't got an app for watching Amazon Prime video, and there's not one available for you to download for it, this is probably your best option:

The Aussie open tennis is on all night on Eurosport 1 and 2. I bought a firestick to watch the US open and still couldn't access it, I missed it all. If you have sky, there's no problem.
