He looks so much better now. He hasn't got a big hump on his nose as they have removed all the packing. Most of stitches have gone, he stall has scars but you can see the improvement. He has to go back on the 25th for follow ups but we feel the end is in sight.
Thank you all for the kind words and encouragement you gave us, very much appreciated.

He forgot to ask the consultant about the scan results.
I will make sure he asks next week.
It was a long job today. Got to hospital in plenty of time. Spent 3/4 hour trying to find somewhere to park. Never seen it so bad. Went to every car park on site and believe me Gloucester Royal is big. Eventually chanced it and went in multi storey even though it said full up.
We were lucky someone pulled out of a space and we nipped it.
Went to day surgery unit. His appointment was 12.00. The staff told me to go home and they would phone me when he was free to come home. It would be after 6.00 pm they reckoned as he had to come round for two hours before release.
He agreed that was the best thing to do as I hate driving in the dark, I've become so nervous. Daughter had agreed she would drive me in to collect him later, so I came home.
Hospital phoned at 6.15 to say he could come home.
So daughter picked me up and we had him home by 8.15.

That sounds good, I hope the good news continues.
Good news caran, he’s home safe ,
