Saw these films on the plane on the way back from barbados...

Big Mommas House 2 - ok, first one was better
V For Vendetta - absolsutely rubbish/boring
Alien Autopsy - Ok
13 Blocks - watcheable

what films have you see lateley?

None at the cinema but a couple of DVDs

Closer - Some people will say it's miserbale and a cynical take on modern relationships, but I thought it was excellent. and don't necessarily want light entertainment all the time. It had some absolutely blistering dialogue in it, some of the best I've ever heard in fact.

Thumbsucker - Really good as well. I'm a bit of a sucker for offbeat films about finding yourself, and quirky takes on romance. Garden State was one of my favourites ever.

I haven't seen it yet but M.Nights' new film 'Lady in the Water' looks very strange. I'm apprehensive about watching any of his new films as apart from Sixth Sense and Signs, the rest in my opinion were awful. Have you seen 'Lady in the Water' or heard it's reviews?

Liked V for Vendetta and 16 Blocks, wouldn't be bothered with the others.

Loved An Unfinished Life and also Firewall.
