I think she must have done, because she had found out that she's killed Josefine

No. She killed Josefine out of jealousy because she realised she and Uno/Eric were an item - as seen in one or two flashbacks. Then, when she thought Amina was getting a tad too close to Uno/Eric, she had to go, too. Remember her conversation with Johan when she said something along the lines of, "I guess it's always been me and Uno."

Found it hard to believe that she'd been able to keep the child hidden in the lighthouse for all that time (drugged?), and that Minnie didn't bleed out after being stabbed in the abdomen.
