Help With Ebay Please.

I am selling two of the same item in one ad but Buyer can buy one or two as they please. One item sold and the Buyer paid but a few hours later asked me if he could cancel it as he realised it was not right for him. As I had not posted it I agreed and we went through the eBay process and he was refunded through PayPal. BUT my ad is still showing as one sold and only one for sale. I have been faffing about trying to correct this for the last couple of hours, I've logged out and in again, looked on help websites but can't see a problem the dame as mine. Has anyone on here had this problem and if so how did you fix it please? As well as being annoying because it's wrong I may be charged selling fees when it isn't sold.

Don't suppose you know how to do that off the top of your head do you mm? I usually only buy, not sell, and never had a problem before.

can you delete the advert and put up a new one?

I’d do what ducksie said. It only takes minutes. Just delete and post new ad.

..and make sure Ebay refunds the commission.

look in your ebay..items for sale...select the item and see if an option to report comes up ?

I'm back. Thanks everyone for all the advice. Easy one first, mm no option comes up when I click on the item I'm afraid.
Ducksie, Smow and Ryzen I had thought of that but worried it may complicate things. OK I'd have a new add but I would still have the problem of the old one and being charged for a sale that was cancelled, wouldn't I?
I suppose I can't do anything unless and until I get charged and then I can raise a complaint. Perhaps wait and see is an option?
