Epsom Salts, Do They Actually Do Anything At All In A Bath Or Foot Spa Apart From Maybe Smell Nice When A Fragrance Is Added?

If you read the advertisers literature on Epsom salts and Radox etc. they will cure many maladies.
I can accept that a few bubbles and a nice fragrance could well help you relax, but does it actually have any physical advantages?

I suspect any beneficial effect is from the heat of the bathwater....helping pain symptoms - certainly not "curing" anything!
