uht milk in cafes

i hate uht milk!!!!
what irritates me is when i buy a cup of tea, the only milk available is the horrible little containers of uht milk, perhaps i should start a campaign for real milk (well fresh semi skinned anyway)

I'm with you, if you include full cream milk, and real butter, instead of those horrible spreads they use.

Well i love the stuff so much that i've just bought 3 boxes of the UHT milk cartons.....makes my coffee taste continental !!!

What irritates me is the watery cr@p that is semi skimmed and i can't get little cartons of UHT in the supermarket

So i'm going to start a campaign for UHT milk

Do they still make that horrid sterilized milk that used to come in those tall bottles with metal tops that you used to get in the 70s? It was disgusting. Has UHT replaced it? If so, it's a thousand times better. It also tastes OK in tea.

I always ask for "proper milk" if they only have those. I`ve NEVER been refused.

And why is one never enough ? I always need at least 3.

Same with paper towels in the loo, one is never enough.

uht milk is the devils spawn, and should carry a suitable punishment for those that subistute it, where fresh milk is available

UHT milk is OK in coffee but a definite no-no for tea.
