Baz it stops you peeing and the urine backs up...and up....and up.

But surely this a problem after the kidneys produces urine .

So is it the case that the urine backed up back into the kidneys in buenchico's case ?

The bladder cannot drain properley due to his enlarged prostate.

Urine backs up into the kidneys which can cause hydronephrosis (swelling) and his kidney function drops. X
