Having always avoided half term travel like the plague, now have 2 children to entertain for the holidays. Desperate for suggestions, somewhere warm, not to far,and for less than a week and a small mortgage! All inclusive sounds like a good idea, but hey, all ideas very gratefully received. x

tenerife is a good one, reliable temperate climate most of year. it is a 4 hour flight though but we do it alot so it doesnt seem too long, once you on for an hour, then u have meal then u watch a movie, then u r coming in to land. kids tend to be generally good on all flights we have been on (we fly with monarch). we once went to the bahia principe all inclusive resort in tenerife, think it comes under the Adeje resort. it was great. food great and lots to do on site for kids. the cost was really reasonable too, was very modern, clean and staff were friendly. hope u find something!
