pesto is gorgeous thru mashed potato or black olive tapenade

Some cheddar, mozarella, chopped chillies and chopped spring onion.

Mayonnaise and chopped spring onion - mix it all in

If you have got some left over from another meal, you can fry it up with chopped garlic and chilli
