Watched this last night. Miriam Margoyles, Sheila Ferguson, Bobby George, Stanley Johnson, series three episode 1. I just love Miriam, straight to the point, she put the queue jumper right didn't she! She's a reincarnation of me :0)
Anybody else watch?

I wouldn't mind searching out a book on her life, she seems a very interesting character.
I can't stand her. Horrible coarse woman.
I love her.
Rumour has it she's really named 'Gargoyles'.
Question Author
I wasn't sure about her from the first series, didn't like the breaking wind thing, but I like her honesty.

Well, we can't all be perfect can we. She's this is me!
Question Author
Did you watch it ummmm?
With Naomi on this one! She is cringeworthy with her coarseness. Yes she is straightforward, but she plunges in with her criticisms and opinions with no regard that she is a guest in their country, and no idea of their culture.
Love Stanley and Bobby though, and the way they bonded. Both great characters.
She is the voice over of the 'sexy' rabbit in the Cadburys Caramel Adverts!
A very distinguished voice, I must admit! Now imagining her as a sexy rabbit. I don't recall the advert.
As always I thoroughly enjoyed the programme, I can totally understand why Miriam divides opinion of course. For my part I find her very hard to dislike - she is as fulsome in her praise and admiration for others as she is with her criticisms.

A lady who does nothing by halves.
I stopped watching it because Stephanie wasnt in it.
