Unsolved mystery of chocolate

When u buy a box of chocolates and you get a 'guide' of the contents of the box, what is this 'guide' called ? it's bugging me for years !

The first thing I do is throw the menu away! I like to be suprised and if I pick one I don't like then it is an excuse to have another, to take the taste away!!!!
