Hi, hoping things are more settled with Mum.

Not meaning to pry just wanted to let you know that she was on my mind!

Take care.... Tinks x

Is she OK in herself?
//Is she OK in herself?//
Given all the uncertainty about both herself and her conditition 237, she is surprisingly chirpy. But she has always been that way,
'que sera sera'
Well that's something, Nailit.
That's cos she's a Stokie, Nails. Always chirpy, despite the bad times.
It is 237,
She has never let anything get her down (tho the pain in her arm is beginning too now)
Thanks for enquiring.
That's Stokies for us Tills ;-)
We are well 'ard ;-)
They can do palliative radiotherapy for cancer in the bones. I expect that will be an option for your Mum and it might help
They seem to have ruled out radiotherapy while still in A&E 237 a few weeks ago (given her age and related health conditions) but will have to wait and see.
Well 'ard on the outside and soft as muck on the inside.
LOL Tills, thats about the be all and end all of it ;-)
Stokies eh?

Glad things seem a touch better!!

The waiting really is the worst- hope the scan results dont take too long!!

Ive saw patients who are pretty frail get radiotherapy for bone pain so i hope thats mabye an option!!!

Keep a wee note of what mums taking painkiller wise each day if you can, or if she can! If she starts to need a little more medication it would soon be noticed!!

Always here for a chat- looks like many of us are!! Xx
Thanks a lot Tinks,
appreciate the thread.
Sometimes feel like Im muddling along on my own and then something like this comes along. Thank you. x
There is always me to punch when you feel the need. :-)
Theland,
Never in a million years would I want to physically 'punch' you.
A debate 'punch' is a different matter ;-)

But thanks for the offer....
