And I use cocoa butter for stretch marks on my thighs, which, I reckon works as if I neglect to use the cocoa butter for a couple of weeks my stretch marks become more indented, and a bit more noticeable.
oh yea, and shea butter - I work with hot metal quite a lot, and shea butter rubbed into burns or cuts that have dried is great - I reckon it's helped make a couple of scars on my forearms melt away (they only show up faintly when I get a tan). It's quite waxy, so good for dry patches/dermatitis also - just warm it up in your hand before applying. I recommend getting a pure shea butter - not the highly perfumed/interfered-with stuff from the Body Shop, etc. L'Occitane do a great pure shea butter you can get in a small tin to keep in your handbag, or a big tin for slathering on to your feet, etc!
