Could Fiona Onasanya Be Disbarred If She Loses Here Appeal?
As the former MP who practiced as a solicitor was sentenced to 3 months for lying about a traffic offence, could she be disbarred if she loses her appeal (frankly seems a frivolous one to me)?

In this case a solicitor has been proved to have lied in Court under Oath ! That is a serious criminal offence. Not only should she be disbarred , she should be in jail! In theory atleast 'lieing Under Oath' is still a possible Death sentence . The death penalty was ONLY abolished for murder. It is still a possible sentence for 'Perjury' (lieing under Oath) and setting fire to a Navy dockyard !
