Hello everyone,

I am 23 years old, just turned last month and I really need to start loosing weight because I am 6ft 4 and I weigh 16 stone and most of it is fat as I have been lazy for a while. I have now cut all crap foods out of my diet like Pizza and takeaways and chocolate and have started to exercise more and.

I purchased a George Forman and I was wondering if it's healthy to be eating Pork Loin stakes and lamb steaks on there or do I need to cut them out as well?
