How Many People Are Here, Who Are Facing The Situation Which I Faced Occasionally
5 Answers
Hello everyone!
Sometimes I become sad without any reason. I missed those bad things which happened with me in my past, I start thinking about those people who hurt me badly, then i start cry and after two three hours i get back to my normal mood. I don't know how to get rid of this situation. What do you do if you have same situation.
(sorry for bad English)

Everyone experiences times of reflection, how we could have done things differently, people who have happened upon us throughout life and the effect they’ve had upon us - and the effect we’ve allowed them to have upon us. I think that’s just life. Don’t dwell on the past. It can’t be changed. I wish you well. Be happy.

I often find myself reflecting on the past, bad and good.. but mostly bad and then I find my mood is getting very low and dark. I used to let this affect me very poorly and I would sink into a deeper depression. I have learned how to cope with these moods now and if I feel myself starting to wallow into a bad mood, I go for a walk or I have a couple of movies and CDs that I put on just to lighten my mood. The trick is noticing that the mood is coming and taking yourself away from the trigger.
