Sky Q Mini Remote Control

Am I missing something obvious or is the Sky Q mini remote control hard to use? Not only does it have a rounded back which makes it annoyingly slippy, but it doesn't seem to have a button similar to the old remote which brings you straight to all channels?
To be able to view the list of tv channels I seem to have to click on Home, then down to TV Guide, then click on All Channels and then right to scroll through them. That can't be right can it?
Also, from watching one channel I used to be able to press the up and down arrows to see what was on other channels, but the up and down arrows only seem to change the channel rather than browsing while still staying on the programme that I am watching.
It seems to be very user UNfriendly.

I am with you on the user unfriendliness of sky Q compared to sky+. As far as I can tell going via the Home button is the only way to view the program listings. To scrolls through the channels whilst watching a program you can press the central Select button and either click right to see what’s on later on that channel or up/down to scroll and see what’s on now and later on other channels. I hope this answers your question.

Thanks for the tip about pressing the select button before I scroll - so exactly the opposite to how it used to work?! And even at that, it is only channel by channel and not an easy way to go straight to programme listings. I will be honest and say that I have found myself watching the little minimised tv on the programme listings page just so that I don't have to go through the nonsense of getting back to that screen!!
I have also had to google where to find my recorded programmes. They are now buried deep in other menus at at last count i think I have to click 9 times to get to it!
I know that all new systems take a bit of getting used to, but this setup really does seem to be ridiculously un-user friendly.

As I said Shivvy I agree this new setup is awful and the app is even worse.
