Not to be confused with 'Round The Twist' (Australian kid's soap/comedy).......Please can someone tell me more about Round The Bend which had a crocodile and two rats in it (one was an artist) and a potato which read the news.......late 1980's i think.......

It was a brilliant show produced by some of the people involved in Spitting Image I think, written by Jimmy Hibert and others. Featuring brilliant cartoons such as Wee-man And The Masters Of The Looniverse, Thunderpants and a musical section with a sinking bucket of mud as Swil Collins, Mudonna and Stink.

There was 3 rats in it, how could you forget Virginia? It parodied singers, celebrities and popular cartoons contemporary to the time! (Nuddy, David Colemole, the aforementioned Wee-man and Thunderpants) I'm only 20. Damn that Mary Whitehouse for forcing it off the air! I wish they would bring it back.... and Knightmare!
