Tv Problem

I think my tv as broken, every night I turn it on I keep getting the same programs that were on the night before, or last week, the week before, and so on. If I turn over to another side the same program is showing again. Anyone else got this problem? if so can it be fixed, because its driving me up the wall. Plus P.M V.MAY keeps talking about the same thing, over and over again.
