We have only had it since October, caused no end of problems.
Got it from Currys. Looked at receipt and it says will replace up to three times in the quarantine period. So taking it back shortly.
We want to upgrade to a better one but receipt only says this is possible when out of stock of original one.
Surely if we are keen to pay more they would agree to that. What do you you think?

It looks like after 3 months they only offer to repair but this probably contravenes the Consumer Rights Act.

Easiest exchange ever. Just a question is I think broken, yes we said, ok go choose what you want.
We would have paid extra to have one that enlarged images.
They no longer make them. Currys didn't have a single one in stock that enlarged anything so we got the same
basic model.
Got the same guarantee as before.
Good! Efficient customer service, for once!
Curry's, I find are pretty reasonable at Customer services. Our Beko 50/50 gave us continual problems as it neared it's expiry on the 5 year extended warranty. We were given a token to buy a model of similar spec.We were not happy with the model they suggested but at our local store they were happy to supply one of our choice and we just paid the difference.
