You have spyware on your computer - it's one of the searchmiracle/ elite toolbar variants. Suggest you go to http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t= 35407
and follow the spyware removal instructions - although they look complicated, and take some time to work through, all the tools are free and reliable.
