Where can I find a Boombox?

My mum's a dance teacher and her birthday is coming up, I want to buy her a new boombox for her dance classes, as her old one has stopped working, any clue where I can find a portable boombox that's loud enough and not too heavy?

asda have a 'boombox' for about �12 not sure what the volume would be like on it though.

Woolworths do a few good ones. They have a Philips one for about �20 and they're usually good quality

I agree with with nixipalmer about Philips being excellent quality and value.
I bought my gorgeous little silver boombox from Amazon in June for �22 - it also has radio and cassette. I can't help you with the volume part as I don't play full throttle, but I can say there is no sound distortion.
